All payments made for NovaAI services are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

• One-time setup fees
• Upgrade or downgrade fees
• Any other charges associated with our services

Recurring Payments

Our services are provided on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• You will be charged the applicable subscription fee for each renewal period
• You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing cycle if you no longer wish to use our services
• No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription period

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining time in your current billing period.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Paystack. By making a payment, you agree to Paystack's terms of service and privacy policy. NovaAI is not responsible for any issues arising from the payment processing service.
